The Expert Staff Service of the Bayreuth Department of Business Development supports employees and companies in matters of work and career.

In addition to training and coaching for companies, we offer opportunities for effective recruitment of new employees and for profiling your company on the job market.

With our „Your stage.Bayreuth“ campaign, we help our companies recruit new employees.

Our Welcome Services from the city and university offer newcomers comprehensive support when starting out in Bayreuth – whether it’s dealing with authorities, settling in, or looking for a job or apartment.

Our youth and student project „STAY in Bayreuth“ connects future employees with regional employers. Here, we support young people with company tours, trial internships, training, job fairs, and individual career counseling.
